The appointment is made in collaboration with the principal shareholder of the company as part of EMF\u2019s ongoing efforts to strengthen its overall strategic direction.<\/p><p>\u201cKlaus Kj\u00e6rulff brings many years of experience in shipping and marine insurance, both through his role as Chairman of one of the industry\u2019s major maritime insurance companies, Norwegian SKULD, and from his past position at the Danish tanker company Torm. His broad industry insight is a significant asset to EMF,\u201d says CEO Torben Degn.<\/p><p>Klaus Kj\u00e6rulff comments:<\/p><p>\u201cEMF is a well-established platform, not least within green shipping.
