Som en del av landets \u00f8konomiske handlingsplan for 2024\u20132027 planlegger Kina \u00e5 oppgradere sine kullkraftverk til \u00e5 samfyre (cofiring) minst 10 % ammoniakk innen 2027, noe som ansl\u00e5s \u00e5 kreve rundt 200 millioner tonn ammoniakk \u00e5rlig.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span class=\"s2\">Et <\/span><span class=\"s2\">potensielt<\/span> <span class=\"s2\">vendepunkt<\/span><span class=\"s2\"> for VLAC-<\/span><span class=\"s2\">markedet<br><\/span><\/strong>For \u00e5 st\u00f8tte denne omstillingen \u00f8ker kinesiske myndigheter finansieringen og godkjenningstakten for store ammoniakkproduksjonsprosjekter, med flere anlegg for fornybar ammoniakk allerede annonsert. Den \u00f8kende produksjonen vil styrke ammoniakkhandelen globalt og drive ettersp\u00f8rselen etter sj\u00f8transport, noe som ytterligere forsterker de langsiktige utsiktene for VLAC-markedet.
