Samtidig har de geopolitiske spenningene \u00f8kt i \u00d8stersj\u00f8en, der Estland fors\u00f8kte \u00e5 nekte et skyggefart\u00f8y adgang p\u00e5 vei til Russland.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Hva kan endre seg fremover?<\/strong><br \/>Flere scenarier kan endre skyggefl\u00e5tens rolle i markedet:<\/p><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li><strong>USA\u2013Iran-avtale:<\/strong> En ny atomavtale, samt de-esklaring av situasjonen, kan bringe iransk olje tilbake i regulert handel, noe som reduserer behovet for skyggefl\u00e5ten og \u00f8ker ettersp\u00f8rselen etter konvensjonelle tankskip.<\/li><li><strong>V\u00e5penhvile i Ukraina:<\/strong> Mindre sannsynlig p\u00e5 kort sikt, men en normalisering kan flytte store volumer over til konvensjonell tonnasje dersom sanksjoner lettes.<\/li><li><strong>Status quo:<\/strong> Skyggefl\u00e5ten fortsetter \u00e5 operere, men under \u00f8kende regulatorisk press og h\u00f8yere operasjonell risiko.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><br \/>Hva hvis sanksjonene oppheves?<\/strong><br \/>En fred mellom Russland og Ukraina og\/eller en nedtrapping mellom USA og Iran vil kunne f\u00e5 betydelige f\u00f8lger:<\/p><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li>En stor andel av skyggefl\u00e5ten \u2013 s\u00e6rlig de eldste fart\u00f8yene \u2013 vil trolig fases ut.<\/li><li>Dette vil stramme inn tilbudet i den konvensjonelle fl\u00e5ten og potensielt presse ratene oppover.<\/li><li>Ettersp\u00f8rselen kan \u00f8ke tilsvarende 40\u2013100 Suezmax-ekvivalenter, avhengig av retningen p\u00e5 iranske oljeeksporter \u2013 spesielt hvis volumene g\u00e5r tilbake mot Asia og Europa.<\/li><li>Ettersp\u00f8rselen etter nybygg kan ta seg opp, s\u00e6rlig innen r\u00e5oljesegmentet.<\/li><li>Enkelte yngre skyggefart\u00f8y kan (trolig) reintroduseres i regulert handel.<\/li><li>Overgangen kan bidra til et sterkere rateniv\u00e5 og mer stabile og transparente markedsforhold.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong><br \/>Konklusjon: Oppside-potensiale for den konvensjonelle fl\u00e5ten<br \/><\/strong>Skyggefl\u00e5ten har vokst frem som en viktig akt\u00f8r i global oljehandel, men dens fremtid avhenger i stor grad av politisk utvikling. Enten sanksjoner lempes eller h\u00e5ndheves strengere, er det sannsynlig at fl\u00e5tens rolle vil endres betydelig.
