Reglerne rammer \u00e6ldre og CO\u2082-ineffektive skibe h\u00e5rdt \u00f8konomisk.<br \/>Senest 2028 skal alle skibe over 5.000 GT \u2013 ogs\u00e5 EMF\u2019s fl\u00e5de og tilsvarende fart\u00f8jer \u2013 bruge br\u00e6ndstof, der udleder mindst 17% mindre CO\u2082 end VLSFO, det aktuelle standardbr\u00e6ndstof. Kravet stiger til 43% i 2035.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Moderne fl\u00e5der opn\u00e5r fordele<\/strong><br \/>\u00c6ldre skibe, der ikke kan bruge LNG, ammoniak eller andre br\u00e6ndstoffer med lav CO\u2082-udledning, vil blive p\u00e5lagt store CO\u2082-afgifter.
