Sanktioner har yderligere strammet markedet; en betydelig del af r\u00e5oliefl\u00e5den er nu sanktionsramt, mens ny amerikansk lovgivning har tvunget kinesisk-ejede enheder til at reposi\u00adtionere sig og dermed medf\u00f8rt yderligere ineffektivitet.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Stemningen blandt ejere og analytikere bliver stadig mere optimistisk med forventninger om et st\u00e6rkt vintermarked \u2013 og m\u00e5ske endda en optur af flere \u00e5rs varighed.
