Samtidig begynder et begr\u00e6nset skibsudbud dog at medf\u00f8re stigende optimisme. Aframax-markederne viste regionale forskelle: Svagere forhold i Nords\u00f8en blev opvejet af \u00f8get aktivitet i Middelhavet, i takt med at positionslisterne blev kortere. Generelt sluttede ugen med et balanceret, men st\u00e6rkt tankmarked, hvor de grundl\u00e6ggende forhold fortsat gradvist bev\u00e6ger sig i redernes fav\u00f8r.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>LPG\/VLGC: Begr\u00e6nset udbud giver optimisme \u00e5ret ud<br \/><\/strong>VLGC-markedet var roligt det meste af ugen, is\u00e6r i \u00d8sten, indtil aktiviteten til sidst tog til, da tidlige januarfragter blev gennemf\u00f8rt. Rederne fastholdt stigende rater som f\u00f8lge af et begr\u00e6nset udbud, og der blev opkr\u00e6vet merpriser for fragt uden for den centrale Mellem\u00f8sten-rute. I Vesten har et h\u00f8jt aftaleniveau op mod jul betydet, at antallet af ledige enheder er kraftigt reduceret, hvilket kun efterlader f\u00e5 ledige skibe til januarfragter og l\u00f8fter raterne. P\u00e5 trods af f\u00e6rre arbitragemuligheder sidst p\u00e5 ugen er markedsstemningen fortsat positiv, da aftalevinduerne bliver stadig l\u00e6ngere, og udbuddet forbliver begr\u00e6nset.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>PCTC: Politiske forandringer \u00e6ndrer global handel med elbiler<br \/><\/strong>Stemningen p\u00e5 PCTC-markedet p\u00e5virkes fortsat af politisk betingede \u00e6ndringer i den globale bilhandel, hvor protektionistiske tiltag og uj\u00e6vn eftersp\u00f8rgsel p\u00e5virker handelsstr\u00f8mmene. Mexicos vedtagelse af h\u00f8je toldsatser p\u00e5 kinesisk-byggede biler og EU\u2019s igangv\u00e6rende debat om priser p\u00e5 elbiler \u2013 samt krav om lokale komponenter \u2013 peger begge i retning af et mere fragmenteret handelsklima. Samtidig st\u00e5r stagnerende bilsalg i Kina i kontrast til den fortsat st\u00f8rre eksportv\u00e6kst. P\u00e5 den baggrund har PCTC-fragtmarkedet holdt sig stabilt, og Clarksons ansl\u00e5r et\u00e5rige timecharterrater til omkring USD 42.500 pr. dag for et 6.500 CEU-fragtskib. Da kinesiske eksportbiler i stigende grad dirigeres v\u00e6k fra USA i retning mod Europa og andre v\u00e6kstmarkeder, og asiatiske bilproducenter udvider deres position p\u00e5 verdensplan, underst\u00f8ttes eftersp\u00f8rgslen p\u00e5 biltransport fortsat af l\u00e6ngere transportafstande \u2013 selv p\u00e5 trods af politiske udfordringer.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Geopolitik: Sanktioner og udbudsstyring pr\u00e6ger stemningen<br \/><\/strong>Geopolitiske forhold p\u00e5virker fortsat energimarkederne, hvor stemningen domineres af bekymringer for overkapacitet, delvist opvejet af politiske tiltag og sanktioner. Kinas fortsatte ophobning af r\u00e5olielagre absorberer en del af overskuddet, mens Saudi-Arabiens eksport til Kina er steget til det h\u00f8jeste niveau i tre m\u00e5neder. Samtidig har IEA mindsket forventningerne til n\u00e6ste \u00e5rs overkapacitet, underbygget af stigende eftersp\u00f8rgsel og et mindre udbud fra sanktionsramte producenter. Ruslands r\u00e5olieproduktion ligger samtidig langt under OPEC+-kvoten, da sanktioner holder k\u00f8bere v\u00e6k, og samtidig har Indien angiveligt mindsket importen af russisk olie efter amerikansk pres.
