Det meste af landets r\u00e5olie transporteres fortsat af sanktionsramt tonnage, hvilket har mindsket gennemsigtigheden og den umiddelbare eftersp\u00f8rgsel efter ikke-sanktionerede tankere.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Indtil videre har p\u00e5virkningen af VLCC-, Suezmax- og Aframax-markederne v\u00e6ret begr\u00e6nset, da den regul\u00e6re fl\u00e5de i vid udstr\u00e6kning har v\u00e6ret up\u00e5virket af eksportfaldet fra Venezuela. Det store sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l er derfor, om venezuelanske t\u00f8nder igen bliver en del af den generelle internationale handel \u2013 hvilket m\u00e5 regnes for gavnligt for tankmarkedet.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Tilbagerulning af sanktioner kan give markedet stort boost <br \/><\/strong>En lempelse af sanktionerne vil sandsynligvis \u00e5bne for l\u00e6ngere VLCC-transporter til Asien, Aframax-eksport til USA samt Suezmax-leverancer til Europa. Tidligere perioder med sanktionslempelser har vist, at selv ret begr\u00e6nsede m\u00e6ngder kan skabe betydelig v\u00e6kst i eftersp\u00f8rgslen efter tonnage, blandt andet som f\u00f8lge af flaskehalse og l\u00e6ngere sejlafstande.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Omvendt vil yderligere forstyrrelser for Venezuelas eksport kunne mindske det globale olieudbud og reducere transporter fra landet mod \u00d8sten. Alternativ eksport fra andre producenter vil i givet fald \u00f8ge den generelle eftersp\u00f8rgsel efter tankskibe, mens en \u00f8get brug af sanktionsramte eksport\u00f8rer vil give en mere afd\u00e6mpet effekt.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">P\u00e5 kort sigt spiller konflikten i Venezuela fortsat en begr\u00e6nset rolle.
