USD 237.000 pr. dag. Stigningen skyldes is\u00e6r den amerikanske 60-dages dispensation fra Jones Act, som har trukket tonnage mod indenlandske SPR-leverancer og raffinaderiforsyning p\u00e5 begge kyster.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Suezmax-markedet blev ogs\u00e5 styrket af fremskyndet amerikansk r\u00e5olieeksport. Holdbarheden p\u00e5 det nuv\u00e6rende indtjeningsniveau afh\u00e6nger fortsat af konfliktens udvikling, samt om alternative eksportkanaler kan modtage en tilstr\u00e6kkelig andel af de ramte transporter fra Golfen.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>LPG\/VLGC: USG-raterne stiger markant som f\u00f8lge af tonnagemangel i Vesten<br \/><\/strong>VLGC-indtjeningen p\u00e5 ruten Houston-Chiba steg 52% fra ugen f\u00f8r til omkring USD 73.500 pr. dag. Stigningen skyldes prim\u00e6rt mangel p\u00e5 tilg\u00e6ngelige skibe i Vesten snarere end \u00f8get eftersp\u00f8rgsel, da b\u00e5de redere og befragtere fortsat holder tonnage positioneret ved Den Persiske Golf til laster, der stadig eksisterer p\u00e5 papiret. En generel omdirigering til USA\u2019s golfkyst er endnu ikke gennemf\u00f8rt.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Markedet er fortsat forsigtigt optimistisk, men n\u00e5r omdirigeringen af skibene gennemf\u00f8res, vil tempoet v\u00e6re afg\u00f8rende for, om de nuv\u00e6rende rateniveauer forts\u00e6tter ind i april.<br \/><br \/><strong>PCTC: Timecharter-rater bliver p\u00e5 godt USD 50.000 pr. dag \u2013 Hormuz-uroen p\u00e5virker ikke segmentet<\/strong><br \/>Et\u00e5rige timecharter-rater for moderne biltransportskibe ligger fortsat lige over USD 50.000 pr. dag, underst\u00f8ttet af begr\u00e6nset fl\u00e5deudbud og en fortsat stor global bileftersp\u00f8rgsel. PCTC-segmentet er i vid udstr\u00e6kning up\u00e5virket af Hormuzstr\u00e6dets lukning, da Mellem\u00f8sten prim\u00e6rt fungerer som import\u00f8r af biler end eksport\u00f8r.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">H\u00f8jere bunkringomkostninger og generel makro\u00f8konomisk usikkerhed udg\u00f8r de prim\u00e6re risici for ratefald, men den beskedne fl\u00e5dekapacitet b\u00f8r begr\u00e6nse en eventuel nedgang.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Geopolitik: Forsigtige diplomatiske fremskridt\u00a0\u2013 infrastrukturskade og forsyningsafbrydelser tiltager<\/strong><br \/>Pr\u00e6sident Trumps udmelding om at udskyde angreb p\u00e5 iransk energiinfrastruktur med fem dage har givet et f\u00f8rste signal om mulig diplomatisk dialog og udl\u00f8st store udsving i olieprisen. Brent faldt til omkring USD 101 pr. t\u00f8nde, f\u00f8r prisen igen steg, da Iran blankt afviste, at der foregik forhandlinger. Selv en hurtig v\u00e5benhvile vil ikke l\u00f8se forstyrrelserne hurtigt; det vurderes, at det vil vare op til to m\u00e5neder at normalisere logistikken, forudsat at ingen yderligere infrastruktur lider skade.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Saudi-Arabiens r\u00e5olieeksport fra Yanbu er steget til ca. 4 mio. t\u00f8nder pr. dag, og IEA har p\u00e5begyndt frigivelse af strategiske lagre i Asien, men disse tiltag d\u00e6kker kun en mindre del af de normale str\u00f8mme gennem Hormuzstr\u00e6det. Iranske angreb p\u00e5 Ras Laffan har beskadiget omkring 12,5 mtpa af Qatars LNG-kondenseringskapacitet, og udbedringer forventes her at tage tre til fem \u00e5r.
