Faldet afspejler dog en normalisering fra et ekstraordin\u00e6rt h\u00f8jt niveau snarere end en strukturel nedgang. Suezmax og Aframax faldt til henholdsvis omkring USD 127.000 og USD 107.000 pr. dag, hvilket fortsat er h\u00f8je niveauer. Transporter gennem Hormuzstr\u00e6det har i gennemsnit ligget p\u00e5 omkring ti skibe pr. dag efter Irans melding om en ny lukning den 18. april \u2013 cirka 97% under niveauet f\u00f8r konflikten m\u00e5lt i volumen. Samtidig ligger flere end 20 VLCC\u2019er nu i k\u00f8 ved Yanbu, mens Saudi-Arabien oml\u00e6gger eksport via sin havn i Det R\u00f8de Hav. Uden en reel gen\u00e5bning af Hormuzstr\u00e6det vil enhver delvis normalisering af r\u00e5oliestr\u00f8mme medf\u00f8re eftersp\u00f8rgsel p\u00e5 \u00f8jeblikkelig genopfyldning af verdens olielagre, hvilket fastholder et solidt bundniveau for fragtrater.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>LPG\/VLGC: Houston-Chiba-indtjening n\u00e5r h\u00f8jeste niveau i to \u00e5r<\/strong><br \/>VLGC-markedet oplevede kun f\u00e5 chartringer i denne uge, men den begr\u00e6nsede aktivitet f\u00f8rte ikke til et sv\u00e6kket marked. Indtjeningen p\u00e5 Houston-Chiba-ruten steg omkring 6% fra ugen f\u00f8r, da befragtere konkurrerede om et meget begr\u00e6nset fl\u00e5deudbud. MEG-markedet var reelt inaktivt, da forstyrrelserne ved Hormuz har afbl\u00e6st aktuel eksport fra Den Persiske Golf og f\u00f8rt den asiatiske eftersp\u00f8rgsel i retning af USA\u2019s golfkyst. Ventetiderne ved Panamakanalen er steget med cirka 60% i denne m\u00e5ned, hvilket yderligere \u00f8ger ton-mil-eftersp\u00f8rgslen, som ruteoml\u00e6gningen syd for Kap det Gode H\u00e5b medf\u00f8rer, og yderligere mindsker det reelle udbud. \u00a0<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>PCTC: Smalt udbud stabiliserer 6\/12-m\u00e5nedersraterne<\/strong><br \/>Biltransportmarkedet holdt sig stabilt: Timecharter-rater 6-12 m\u00e5neder for moderne tonnage ligger fortsat over USD 50.000 pr. dag. Det underbygges af et begr\u00e6nset fl\u00e5deudbud p\u00e5 kort sigt og af en fortsat stor eftersp\u00f8rgsel efter bileksport p\u00e5 de vigtigste ruter mellem Asien og Europa samt over Stillehavet. Segmentet er i sin natur up\u00e5virket af lukningen af Hormuzstr\u00e6det, da Mellem\u00f8sten prim\u00e6rt fungerer som import\u00f8r af biler frem for eksport\u00f8r, hvilket begr\u00e6nser den direkte effekt p\u00e5 biltransportmarkedet. Ordrelisten p\u00e5 PCTC-nybygninger udg\u00f8r omkring 18% af den nuv\u00e6rende kapacitet og vil gradvist lette p\u00e5 det lille udbud, der netop nu gavner prislejet, men leverancer p\u00e5 kort sigt er der fortsat rift om, og et kraftigt fald virker usandsynligt, f\u00f8r de mange nybyggede skibe for alvor er i brug.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Geopolitik: EU vedtager 20. sanktionspakke mod Rusland, Hormuzstr\u00e6det lukkes igen, og UAE forlader OPEC<\/strong><br \/>Den amerikanske fl\u00e5deblokade og Irans blokade af Hormuzstr\u00e6det var begge fortsat i kraft i den forgangne uge, hvor amerikanske styrker standsede eller omdirigerede mindst fem tankskibe med tilknytning til Iran. Brent-r\u00e5olien steg omkring 10% fra ugen f\u00f8r, da genlukningen gjorde en ende p\u00e5 den kortvarige markedsoptimisme, mens m\u00e6ngden af s\u00f8b\u00e5ren r\u00e5olie lige nu fortsat ligger cirka 15% under niveauet f\u00f8r konflikten.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">EU\u2019s tyvende sanktionspakke mod Rusland, der blev vedtaget i denne uge, forbyder kortsigtet import af russisk LNG fra den 25. april i \u00e5r og danner grundlag for et fremtidigt forbud mod fragt af russisk olie, hvilket udg\u00f8r endnu en kilde til uro for Europas energiforsyning. Samtidig har Rusland bremset transport af kasakhisk r\u00e5olie gennem Druzhba-r\u00f8rledningen, hvilket p\u00e5virker cirka 17% af gennemstr\u00f8mningen til PCK Schwedt-raffinaderiet, der forsyner Berlin. Det l\u00e6gger yderligere pres p\u00e5 br\u00e6ndstofforsyningerne i Nordeuropa og vil sandsynligvis \u00f8ge eftersp\u00f8rgslen efter s\u00f8b\u00e5ren import i regionen.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Denne onsdag meddelte De Forenede Arabiske Emirater (UAE), at de vil forlade OPEC\/OPEC+ den 1. maj med henvisning til nationale interesser og \u00f8nsket om at im\u00f8dekomme markedets eftersp\u00f8rgsel. Det kommer ikke som nogen overraskelse, da landet tidligere har udtrykt utilfredshed med p\u00e5lagte produktionsbegr\u00e6nsninger.
