Samtidig rapporterte US CENTCOM at 55 skip passerte 20. juni med mer enn 17 millioner fat olje om bord, det h\u00f8yeste volumet registrert p\u00e5 \u00e9n dag.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Situasjonen endret seg imidlertid raskt da Irans milit\u00e6re 20. juni erkl\u00e6rte Hormuzstredet stengt igjen med henvisning til israelske angrep i Libanon. F\u00e5 timer senere motsa Irans utenriksdepartement denne kunngj\u00f8ringen.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Innen 22. juni hadde antallet passeringer falt til kun 12 skip if\u00f8lge Windward, samtidig som mange innkommende skip slo av AIS signalene sine for \u00e5 redusere risikoen for \u00e5 bli identifisert.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Forsikring, miner og diplomati er fortsatt de st\u00f8rste hindrene<br \/><\/strong>Premiene for krigsforsikring ligger fortsatt betydelig over niv\u00e5ene f\u00f8r konflikten, noe som gj\u00f8r transitt gjennom Hormuz lite attraktivt for mange kommersielle akt\u00f8rer uavhengig av de diplomatiske signalene.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Advarslene om aktiv minerydding fra Joint Maritime Information Center gjelder fortsatt langs hovedleden gjennom Hormuz. Samtidig kunngjorde IMO 23. juni en koordinert plan for \u00e5 evakuere mer enn 11.000 sj\u00f8folk som har v\u00e6rt strandet i Persiabukten siden februar. Dette illustrerer hvor omfattende k\u00f8ene fortsatt er.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Samtalene mellom USA og Iran fortsatte i Sveits med fokus p\u00e5 \u00e5 stabilisere avtalen og l\u00f8se uenighetene knyttet til v\u00e5penhvilen i Libanon som utl\u00f8ste Irans erkl\u00e6ring om ny stenging.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En full normalisering av trafikken gjennom Hormuz forutsetter en lengre periode uten nye hendelser, lavere forsikringspremier og fullf\u00f8rt minerydding.
