Oljeprisen reagerte raskt, og Brent falt til rundt 71 dollar fatet ved utgangen av juni, tilbake til niv\u00e5ene f\u00f8r konflikten.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tankmarkedet er likevel blitt varig endret etter fire m\u00e5neder med omfattende forstyrrelser. Saudi Arabia har flyttet store deler av r\u00e5oljeeksporten til East West r\u00f8rledningen mot R\u00f8dehavet og utskipningshavnen Yanbu. If\u00f8lge IEA \u00f8kte lastingen der fra rundt 2 millioner fat per dag f\u00f8r konflikten til over 5 millioner fat per dag i begynnelsen av juni. Samtidig har De forente arabiske emirater \u00f8kt eksporten gjennom Fujairah via Habshan Fujairah r\u00f8rledningen, og dermed omg\u00e5tt Hormuzstredet.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">USAs samlede eksport av r\u00e5olje og petroleumsprodukter steg i mai til rekordh\u00f8ye 13,1 millioner fat per dag, if\u00f8lge IEA. Det er en \u00f8kning p\u00e5 n\u00e6r 25 prosent sammenlignet med samme periode i fjor. Ogs\u00e5 eksporten fra Brasil og Venezuela har \u00f8kt betydelig.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Disse alternative handelsrutene gir lengre seilaser og flere tonnmil per transportert fat. Det forklarer hvorfor inntjeningen i tankmarkedet fortsatt l\u00e5 p\u00e5 rundt 66 000 dollar per dag ved utgangen av juni, omtrent tre ganger det historiske gjennomsnittet, selv om Hormuzstredet gradvis \u00e5pner igjen.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Lageroppbygging blir den viktigste driveren i andre halv\u00e5r 2026<br \/><\/strong>For investorer er det viktigste sp\u00f8rsm\u00e5let n\u00e5 hva som skjer videre. If\u00f8lge IEA har de statlige oljelagrene i OECD falt til sitt laveste niv\u00e5 siden desember 1990. Samtidig har de globale observerte oljelagrene blitt redusert med i gjennomsnitt 3,8 millioner fat per dag siden konflikten startet.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c5 bygge opp disse lagrene igjen vil kreve vedvarende sj\u00f8transport av r\u00e5olje gjennom de kommende m\u00e5nedene, samtidig som produksjonen i Gulfen gradvis kommer tilbake.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Clarksons opplyser at det s\u00e5 langt er bestilt 143 nye VLCC skip i 2026, det h\u00f8yeste \u00e5rlige niv\u00e5et siden 1973. Det viser at markedet forventer at den sterke ettersp\u00f8rselen vil vare over tid.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">IEAs f\u00f8rste balanseanslag for 2027 peker p\u00e5 en tilbudsvekst p\u00e5 rundt 8 millioner fat per dag. P\u00e5 sikt kan dette dempe ettersp\u00f8rselen m\u00e5lt i tonnmil. P\u00e5 kort sikt vil imidlertid behovet for \u00e5 bygge opp oljelagrene igjen legge et solid gulv under tankratene.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sp\u00f8rsm\u00e5let er derfor ikke lenger hvor h\u00f8yt ratene kan stige, men hvor lang tid normaliseringen vil ta.
