N\u00e5r forsyningene normaliseres, vil behovet for \u00e5 bygge opp b\u00e5de kommersielle og strategiske lagre skape vedvarende ettersp\u00f8rsel etter sj\u00f8transport langt utover selve gjen\u00e5pningen av Hormuzstredet<\/h4><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Den st\u00f8rste reduksjonen i oljelagre i moderne tid<br \/><\/strong>IEA ansl\u00e5r at de globale observerte oljelagrene har falt med i gjennomsnitt 3,8 millioner fat per dag siden konflikten startet. Bare i mai ble lagrene redusert med 143 millioner fat.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Samtidig har de statlige oljelagrene i OECD falt til sitt laveste niv\u00e5 siden desember 1990, etter hvert som de strategiske lagrene er tatt i bruk for \u00e5 dekke bortfallet av olje fra Midt\u00f8sten. IEAs koordinerte frigj\u00f8ring av 400 millioner fat, den st\u00f8rste i organisasjonens historie, bidro med om lag 2,5 millioner fat per dag til markedet i mai.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Til tross for dette fortsetter lagrene \u00e5 falle. Den globale oljeproduksjonen var i mai 94,5 millioner fat per dag, hele 13,6 millioner fat lavere enn f\u00f8r konflikten. Samtidig falt den globale ettersp\u00f8rselen med om lag 5 millioner fat per dag sammenlignet med samme periode i fjor.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kina reduserte r\u00e5oljeimporten med rundt 40 prosent, tilsvarende n\u00e6r 4,6 millioner fat per dag, mellom februar og mai. Japan reduserte importen med en tilsvarende andel.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I sin markedsrapport for juni ansl\u00e5r IEA at den globale oljeettersp\u00f8rselen vil falle med 1,1 millioner fat per dag i 2026. Det er en nedjustering p\u00e5 700 000 fat per dag sammenlignet med prognosen fra mai.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Lageroppbyggingen vil st\u00f8tte ettersp\u00f8rselen etter tankskip<br \/><\/strong>For shippingmarkedet er det viktigste ikke selve lagerreduksjonen, men behovet for \u00e5 bygge lagrene opp igjen n\u00e5r oljeproduksjonen normaliseres.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">IEAs f\u00f8rste balanseanslag for 2027 viser at den globale oljeproduksjonen kan \u00f8ke til rundt 110 millioner fat per dag, tilsvarende en vekst p\u00e5 om lag 8 millioner fat per dag. Dette vil gi markedet et betydelig overskudd av olje som kan brukes til \u00e5 fylle opp b\u00e5de kommersielle og strategiske lagre.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Denne lageroppbyggingen vil skape ekstra ettersp\u00f8rsel etter sj\u00f8transport, i tillegg til de normale handelsstr\u00f8mmene. Effekten kan bli s\u00e6rlig sterk dersom import\u00f8rene fortsetter \u00e5 kj\u00f8pe olje fra leverand\u00f8rer i Atlanterhavsbassenget samtidig som produksjonen i Gulfen gradvis kommer tilbake.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ogs\u00e5 VLGC markedet ventes \u00e5 dra nytte av utviklingen. De lave lagrene av LPG og nafta ved petrokjemiske knutepunkter i Asia vil kreve betydelig lageroppbygging n\u00e5r forsyningene normaliseres.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ettersp\u00f8rselen etter sj\u00f8transport vil derfor trolig forbli h\u00f8y lenge etter at Hormuzstredet er fullt gjen\u00e5pnet.
