EMF is pleased to announce the appointment of Peter Kubicki to its Board of Directors. Mr. Kubicki brings more than 35 years of international leadership experience from the financial sector, with deep expertise in strategy, execution, governance and value creation across investment banking, asset management, wealth management and hedge funds.

Peter Kubicki is recognized as a results-oriented leader with high personal energy, strong commercial judgement and an engaged, people-focused leadership style. Throughout his career, he has consistently delivered strong and sustainable results for the companies he has led and advised across different financial institutions and market conditions.

His executive background includes senior leadership roles across several leading financial institutions and companies. This includes serving as Managing Director in Denmark within the SEB Group and as Country Manager for the SEB Group in Luxembourg, as well as holding key positions such as Head of Units and Head of Equities at Enskilda Securities AS. In addition, he has held executive roles within other financial companies, including Strategic Wealth Management, providing him with extensive international capital markets experience.

In addition to his executive background, Mr. Kubicki brings significant board and governance experience, having served as Chairman of the Board and Board Member, and as a Senior Advisor to international private equity and hedge funds. His board work has focused on strategic oversight, governance, risk management and long-term value creation.

Peter Kubicki’s broad international experience, strong business judgement and ability to support management teams will be a valuable contribution to the Board and will support the company’s continued development and growth.
