Our corporate structure comprises a management company (EMF A/S) and an alternative investment fund structured as an AIF-SIKAV.

The Fund is domiciled in Denmark, and both the management company and the fund are under the supervision of the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority (FSA).

The AIF-SIKAV structure is chosen for its ability to create individual compartments for each investment objective. This structure offers other advantages, such as allowing each compartment to have its own tax structure. Investments made in 2023 or earlier are structured as private limited companies.

The management company and the investment committee oversee all investment activities, regardless of structure. All assets, irrespective of their structure, are placed in a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV). This approach aims to reduce investor risk and limit unnecessary liability.
