Naming ceremony of Geneva Star

The Board of Directors recommends attorney Rune Aagaard, who is a partner in Mazanti-Andersen, to join the Board of Directors of the asset manager European Maritime Finance A/S. Rune Aagaard has considerable experience from the shipping and transport sector, including legal matters within purchase and sale, chartering and financing of ships, shipbuilding and shipbuilding contracts, as well as financing and corporate law. Rune Aagaard will step in when the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority has completed a fit and proper assessment.
