European Maritime Finance is proud to launch our latest shipping sustainable investment in Aarhus, Denmark. Aarhus is committed to combating climate change and aims to play a significant role in the green transition.
Aarhus has been selected to take part in the EU’s mission on 100 climate-neutral and smart cities by 2030. As one of the selected, Aarhus will act as an experimentation and innovation hub, developing solutions to enable all European cities to become climate-neutral by 2050.
The investment seminar was well attended by business leaders, maritime experts and investors. Participants included EMF’s Founder and Chairman of the Investment Committee Martin Haugaard, Chief Executive Officer, Benny Buchardt and Stephen Schueler, Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer. The event also featured Clarksons Shipping Analyst Joern Bakkelund.

EMF has obtained its license as an alternative investment fund manager (AIFM) from the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority.
