EMF has made a number of leadership appointments as part of the continued strengthening of its governance framework
Peter Kubicki has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, bringing experience across banking, financial services, and regulated investment management. Stephen Schueler has been appointed Chairman of the Board, with a background that includes senior leadership roles at A.P. Moller – Maersk and current service on the IMO’s World Maritime Investment Committee. Both Peter and Stephen have been actively involved with EMF prior to these appointments.
Martin Almdal, Co-Founder and Partner, has been appointed Vice Chairman of the Board, reinforcing continuity as the company enters its next phase of development. Rikke V. Stoltz joins the Board of Directors, bringing experience in corporate governance, capital markets, and maritime investment, including 13 years at A.P. Moller – Maersk and a key role in building Cadeler into a leading offshore wind company.
